They're Playing Our Song
In this Neil Simon musical comedy based on the real-life relationship of Marvin Hamlisch and Carole Bayer Sager, an award-winning wisecracking composer hires a slightly disorganized, oddball lyricist, a match initially not made in heaven. Professionally, their relationship works beautifully, but personally they hit a few bumps: romance blossoms, conflict rears its head, comic sparks fly, and of course, there is a happy ending. This Tony nominated musical makes for an upbeat and entertaining evening filled with laughs, love and catchy tunes that are likely to get stuck in your head.
